Product design & workflow validation

Catch campaign drift before it ships.

LocaleGuard is a preflight concept for SEA mobile game teams. It is designed to review briefs, localized copy, subtitles, and store metadata together—so people can resolve contradictions before launch.

Not yet a live product. This page has no forms, file uploads, or analytics.

Why preflight

One campaign. Many places to drift.

Proposed workflow

A review trail people can inspect.

  1. Assemble the campaign set

A reviewer selects the approved brief, market copy, subtitles, and store metadata for one launch.

  2. Cross-check meaning and decisions

LocaleGuard is designed to compare claims, dates, offers, terminology, and required elements across Vietnamese and English assets.

  3. Resolve with source context

People inspect each finding, trace it to source material, and decide what changes before launch.

Concept review

A finding should show its work.

Why Claude

Context across documents, structure for the team.

Today, Claude Code supports product design, workflow mapping, and development. A future LocaleGuard prototype is planned to use the Claude API for bilingual cross-document review, structured findings, and source-linked explanations.

Claude would assist the preflight—not make the launch decision. Every flagged item remains a prompt for human review.

Initial boundary

Narrow enough to validate.

For
Mobile game publishing and user-acquisition teams working across Southeast Asia.
First language pair
Vietnamese and English, with room to test additional SEA markets later.
Review focus
Campaign intent, offer details, terminology, subtitle meaning, and missing decisions.
Human control
Reviewers verify context, accept or dismiss findings, and approve every change.

Boundary: LocaleGuard is being explored as workflow assistance, not legal, regulatory, or cultural certification.

Roadmap

Validate the workflow before scaling the software.

  1. Now

    Workflow validation

Interview practitioners, map handoffs, and test synthetic review cases.

  2. Next

    Working prototype

Evaluate structured bilingual findings on anonymized or synthetic campaign sets.

  3. Then

    Private alpha

Co-design review controls and reporting with a small group of partner teams.

If your team ships multilingual mobile game campaigns, I would like to learn where context gets lost—and test whether this workflow deserves to become a product.
